Frizell Gets 8 Years For Vehicular Homicide

A Soddy-Daisy man is sentenced to 8 years in prison after pleading guilty to vehicular homicide. 23-year-old Stephen Tyler Frizell admitted he was at fault in a 2007 crash which killed 72-year-old Robert Frizell. At the sentencing, Judge Don Poole said it was Frizells long history of traffic violations that made confinement necessary. On August 6th, Frizell will graduate from a 23-month drug and alcohol rehab program.
